HARTLAND, Vt. (WCAX) A section of I-91 north in Hartland could be down to one lane for up to two weeks following a truck crash that took out a large section of guardrail Tuesday.

State police say the tractor trailer nearly went off a bridge over the Ottauquechee River and the front-end of the big rig was dangling over the edge. The driver was not hurt, but the crash took out a large section of guardrail.

VTrans officials say the road will be down to one lane until the repairs are complete, and the speed limit will be reduced to 50 mph.

There's no word yet about charges against the Connecticut driver.
