BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) It's been a wild January. We've had snow, frigid temperatures, and then warmups with rain that led to ice jams and flooding. We've told you about dozens of people forced from their homes and property destroyed. But we're not the only ones. The brutal conditions are also wreaking havoc on wildlife.
