A Plattsburgh man who fled before being sentenced in a fatal drug overdose case has been arrested in Canada.
As part of a plea deal, Scott Miller, 31, faces up to four years in prison for supplying painkillers to 17-year-old Julia Del Signore last year. She died from a drug overdose.
Miller was scheduled to be sentenced in May but fled the country. He was arrested Monday night in Montreal after police arrested his girlfriend on unrelated charges.
