NEW YORK (AP) - Police have arrested a man in a late-night gunpoint robbery in Central Park that targeted three men.
Police say the 20-year-old Manhattan resident has been arrested on charges of robbery and weapons possession in connection with the incident that happened near East 102nd Street at around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police say two men in their twenties were approached by an armed man who demanded their property. A third man happened upon the group and was also robbed. No one was hurt.
Police canvassing the area made an arrest and recovered a gun.
There was no immediate information on whether the arrested man had a lawyer. There was no phone number listed under his name and address.
