Gov. Jim Douglas is headed for warmer temperatures and a meeting with his fellow GOP governors.
The Republican Governors' Association meeting starts today in Austin, Texas, and runs through Friday. It's expected to be a festive gathering since two more Republicans just joined their ranks. New Jersey and Virginia elected GOP governors in this month's off-year election.
