Associated Press - November 25, 2009 3:15 PM ET

LONDONDERRY, N.H. (AP) - Londonderry police say a 22-year-old man is out of the hospital after being shot in the neck by his twin brother.

Police say Peter Dadian was taken Tuesday evening to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua with a non-life-threatening injury. He was released from the hospital on Wednesday.

The New Hampshire Union Leader says police believe the shooting was accidental, but Andrew Dadian was charged with felony reckless conduct with a firearm. He was released on bail Wednesday.

Police say Andrew Dadian shot his brother with a .22 caliber rifle in the bedroom of a Londonderry home at about 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
