KEENE, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire judge has dismissed a Vermont man's Right-to-Know lawsuit against the city of Keene.
Judge John Arnold ruled earlier this week that the city responded to Wallace Nolen's public records request. Nolen, of Barre, Vt., asked for the names, titles, salaries, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and work locations of all city employees.
The Keene Sentinel reported the city provided paperwork to Nolen that contained the information, with the exception of the work locations, because no such records exist.
Nolen sued after Keene denied his request to have the information provided in electronic format. Nolen said he wanted the information e-mailed so he could plug it into a database he's building as part of a class-action lawsuit.
Arnold said the city wasn't required to provide the information in an electronic format.
