Today will be a fairly quiet, typical February day with lots of clouds, a few sunny breaks, and near-normal temperatures.
Another major winter storm will move eastward through the mid-Atlantic region late today and through Wednesday. Southern New England will get clipped by this storm. Our far southern areas may get several inches of snow as well as wind out of this storm, especially southern NH. The storm may kick some light snow up to our northern sections for a bit in the afternoon and evening, but snow amounts will be light to the north.
Once the storm heads out to sea, we will get ourselves stuck in a weather rut that will last right through the weekend and into next week. Each day will feature lots of clouds, a chance for snow showers, highs in the 20s and lows in the teens.
