Visiting Smuggler's Notch

July 2, 2009

Want to take a llama trek through Smuggler's Notch like reporter Keagan Harsha did in his story, "Destination Recreation: Llama Treks?"

Half-day treks include a picnic snack of fresh fruit, home baked goods, and Ben and Jerry's ice cream. The 3 hour hikes depart at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Cost is $50 for adults, $30 for children ages 7 to 12. Children younger than that can go for free.

Sunset treks are also offered Tuesday evenings. Those treks include picnic snack, etc. at a cost of $30 per person. All treks depart from Village of Smuggler's Notch.
