A drunk driver shot in the back by a cop pleaded guilty today to his fifth DUI.
Kelley O'Brien was arraigned on drunk driving charges in the hospital last year just days after police say he drove at Shelburne Officer Robert Barrows in a convenience store parking lot. Barrows fired at least six shots at the car -- some of them while O'Brien was driving away. The officer was cleared of any wrongdoing. O'Brien today was sentenced to at least six years in prison.
