SOUTH ROYALTON, Vt. (AP) - Rural Vermont is offering a class on raw dairy processing.
Luna Bleu Farm, in South Royalton, will host the Nov. 30 event, with Leslie Mann giving instruction on how to make brie-style and other cheeses, using raw cows milk from the farm. The class, which costs $20 to $40, will cover the ABCs of dairy processing and details about Vermont's new law governing raw milk.
Proceeds from the event benefit Vermont Law School's Food and Agriculture Law Society and Rural Vermont.
