Man killed in logging truck accident

Lebanon, New Hampshire - February 17, 2011

A New Hampshire man was killed Thursday morning in a bizarre accident on Route 4 in Lebanon.

Police say the trailer of a logging truck came unattached and careened into oncoming traffic. It struck a van, killing the driver, Richard Rouleau, 59, of Enfield, N.H.

The truck driver, Brewster Thurston, 51, of Newbury, Vt., was not hurt.
