This week in "Going the Distance"-- the mental side of running marathons.
The Vermont City Marathon is less than a month away. About 3,600 people have registered to run the entire race. A big part of marathoning though has nothing to do with your legs-- it involves your head. How do you psych yourself up to run 26.2 miles?
