New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch has vetoed changes to the state's abortion law.
A bill approved by lawmakers would have reinstated a law requiring that underage girls tell their parents or a judge at least 48 hours before getting an abortion. Exceptions existed if a doctor determined a girl's life was at risk.
Lawmakers could still override the veto since both the House and Senate are under Republican control.
