BRATTLEBORO, Vt. (AP) - A 22-year-old student is facing charges he placed a video camera in a dormitory bathroom at Vermont's Marlboro College and recorded images of four women without their permission.
Geoffrey Brodrick of East Hampton, N.Y., pleaded not guilty in criminal court in Brattleboro to charges of voyeurism.
Court documents say another student discovered the hidden camera last winter after knocking it off a shelf where it had been hidden under clothing.
Three of the four women in the videos were recorded completely naked.
The Brattleboro Reformer says Brodrick told police he set up the camera on two occasions in January and that he knew what he was doing was wrong.
If convicted, Brodrick could face up to two years in prison on each charge.
He is free on conditions.
