ST. JOHNSBURY, Vt. (AP) - A town employee in St. Johnsbury has filed an anti-stalking order against a man he says has been following him for more than a year.
Public Works Department employee Aaron Rodger says he filed the complaint over an incident last week in which Brian Christman got into his vehicle and yelled at him for leaving the engine running while he went into a store to buy coffee.
Christman tells the Caledonian Record he never yelled and that he was only questioning Rodger.
Christman, who was served with a summons to appear for a hearing Tuesday in Caledonia Superior Court, has since subpoenaed two members of the Board of Selectmen, one former member and Town Manager Ralph Nelson to testify at it.
