A Team within the Team

BURLINGTON, Vt.--  Lake Monsters infielder Chih Fang Pan grew up in Taiwan idolizing Yankees Shortstop Derek Jeter.  Now Pan is a pro baseball player too, looking to get to the same level of his idol.  To do that, Pan leans heavily on interpreter Martin Chen.  Chen also grew up in Taiwan a baseball fan.  Just like the players, Martin travels on those long bus rides with the team, but the Players have accepted him as one of their own.
