CALAIS, Vt.-- Kyler Quelch has been a Red Sox fan as long as he can remember. The eight year old has spent many nights watching his favorite team. Often times he's watching the Sox in Boston awaiting treatment at Children's Hospital for his cerebral Palsy. Kyler's doctors have helped him physically, but also live out his dreams of meeting the Red Sox players. Last summer, they nominated Kyler to throw out the first pitch at Fenway Park. Recently he joined the NESN broadcast team for a half inning of colorful commentary. When he's not watching the Sox, Kyler is playing baseball. The Cerebral Palsy restricts movement in his legs, but that doesn't stop Kyler from throwing a mean fastball.
