Rochester, Vermont - August 29, 2011
A number of communities in our region are completely cut off from the rest of the world. Some have no telephone, internet or electricity.
In Rochester-- a terrible and sad situation. Residents are dealing with so much destruction; homes are destroyed, so are roads and bridges and even a cemetery was destroyed. The final resting place for Rochester residents was flooded damaging headstones and graves.
