A Vermont teen pleaded not guilty Monday to causing a deadly crash while driving drunk.
Carlos Garcia, 19, faces six felony charges after police say he crossed the center line Thursday in Sharon, colliding head on with another car and killing the passenger in that car.
Police say Garcia's blood alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit. Garcia suffered a broken hip in the crash.
If convicted, Garcia faces up to 60 years in prison.
