The Vermont Supreme Court will soon have a new justice.
Justice Denise Johnson is retiring. Tuesday, Gov. Peter Shumlin said he's appointing Beth Robinson to fill her position. Robinson is a lawyer who currently works for Shumlin on his legal staff. In this edition of Above the Law, Vermont Law School Professor Cheryl Hanna talks about Robinson's appointment and the big cases currently before the Supreme Court.
