MIDDLEBURY, Vt.- The South beat the North, 35-8 in the annual Vermont Senior Bowl Saturday. The game was scoreless heading into the third period, but then the South squad exploded for three touchdowns in the third quarter.
This caps off a sweep for the Southern part of the State as Fair Haven, Woodstock and Hartford went on to capture State Championships last week at Castleton.
