The Black Friday shopping rush is well underway.
Lines formed outside several Vermont stores Friday morning as shoppers waited for the doors to open.
Many stores opened earlier than ever this year. At Kmart in South Burlington, the doors didn't open until 5.
But at the University Mall, most stores were open at midnight. That's several hours earlier than last year. An estimated 45,000-50,000 people will visit the mall over the next week.
