A new twist in a long running child custody dispute between two former civil union partners.
Lisa Miller faces kidnapping charges for allegedly fleeing to Nicaragua with her daughter Isabella Miller Jenkins. Miller's former partner, Janet Jenkins, lives in Vermont and is supposed to have custody of Isabella. Now a Burlington grand jury has indicted a Virginia man for helping Miller flee with the child. Prosecutors say Kenneth Miller, who is not related to Lisa Miller, used acquaintences to buy tickets and help Miller fly from Canada to Nicaragua two years ago.
