A Northeast Kingdom man will serve 60 days on a prison work crew for sticking a lit marijuana pipe in a toddler's mouth.
Jonathan Fuller pleaded guilty to felony drug charges and to a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
The 25 year old East Concord man was caught on tape 3 years ago holding a lit pipe to a two year old child's mouth.
