Forever on Center Court

ESSEX, Vt.--  When you list the all time greatest high school girls basketball coaches in the State, her name's at the top.  Now, that name will forever be front and center on her home court.  Essex High School dedicated its court to Jean Robinson Thursday Night before the girls game against Colchester.  Robinson was on hand for the honor as well as some of her former players.

She has more girls basketball wins in Vermont than anyone, compiling 623 victories and eight state titles. Robinson is also a member of the New England basketball hall of fame and a former national coach of the year.  This is the first time Essex High School has named any of their facilities for a former member of the Athletic Department.
