Questioning Citizens United and corporate political donations

Burlington, Vermont – January 11, 2012

Next Saturday marks the two year anniversary of the Supreme Court's decision in the Citizens United case, when the court struck down a federal law banning independent expenditures for political purposes by corporations and labor unions, saying it violated First Amendment rights.

In our Above The Law segment, Vermont Law School Professor Cheryl Hanna talks about the issue of money and politics.
