Analysis of the governor's budget address

Burlington, Vermont – January 11, 2012

Kristin Carlson talked to political analyst Chris Graff to get his reaction to Gov. Peter Shumlin's budget address.

Shumlin announced his plan to spend taxpayers' money on Thursday. Click here for more on that.

The budget address is the more technical, and not quite as exciting follow up to the State of the State address. But the good news is that the budget gap may be sealed up by the fiscal years of 2014 through 2016.
