Vermont's Attorney General has cleared three Hartford police officers of using excessive force in two separate arrests.
Bill Sorrell says charges are not warranted against officers Jonathan Adams, Eric Clifford and Eric Jollymore. The cases stem from two separate incidents, one in 2010 and one last year.
Sorrell said Hartford officials have taken measures to ensure police are properly trained following three allegations of excessive force in a year.
