We meet the new director of the Vermont Youth Orchestra

Burlington, Vermont – January 23, 2012

The Vermont Youth Orchestra Association has named a new executive director.

Rosina Cannizzaro, a former performer with the Vermont Symphony Orchestra, comes to the youth orchestra from New York City where she was program associate manager at with The Academy: A Program of Carnegie Hall, The Juilliard School, and the Weill Music Institute in partnership with the New York City Department of Education. She joins us on The :30 to talk about what's ahead for the young musicians group.
