Burlington, Vermont – January 25, 2012

As the concept of eating local catches on in Vermont, many schools are trying to do their part. About 200 of Vermont's public schools participate in the state's Farm to School program.

Koi Boynton is the Farm to School coordinator at the Vt. Agency of Agriculture. She appeared on The :30 to discuss how Vermont kids benefit from the program.
