West Stewartstown, New Hampshire -- January 27, 2012

There is new information in the investigation into the death and disappearance of 11-year-old Celina Cass of New Hampshire.

A grand jury charged with looking into the case heard testimony last week. And two witnesses say they were grilled about Cass' stepfather, Wendell Noyes.

Eunice Richards is Wendell Noyes' mother. Richards says her son was the subject of her interview with a grand jury.

Cass disappeared from her West Stewartstown home last summer. Her body was later pulled from a river a short distance from the house.

The state would not confirm the grand jury but says the investigation is ongoing.

No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made in the case.
