When some people think of Vermont, it may be dairy products and maple syrup that comes to mind. But the local touch on imported ingredients like those used for chocolate making is also putting Vermont on our minds. We've all heard of Lake Champlain Chocolates, but you may not know some of Vermont's smaller chocolate crafters. Erlé LaBounty started E.R. LaBounty Confections, which manufactures Farmhouse Truffles, about 14 years ago. With Valentine's Day coming up, business is picking up.
