Man facing charges for allegedly harassing woman, daughter

BRIGHTON, N.Y. -

A Franklin County, N.Y., man is behind bars after authorities say he harassed and threatened a woman and her 14-year-old daughter online.

Steve Kolnsberg, 55, of Brighton, was first arrested in 2009 after authorities say he stalked a 12-year-old girl and tried to lure her into some woods in the town of Queensbury.

Now, Kolnsberg has allegedly started sending harassing emails and letters to the girl and her mother.

He faces 10 misdemeanor counts of aggravated harassment.
