BURLINGTON, Vt. -
It's an exchange program for youth leadership that's bringing foreign students here to find out about environmental conservation, and then sending Vermont kids to Central Europe to learn.
In July, students from Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary will come to Vermont for a two-week program. Then in August, Vermont students will travel over to stay with their host families.
Eli Harrington, from the Vermont Council on World Affairs, and Laura Harris, a senior at Champlain Valley Union High School, joins us on The :30 to talk about the Youth Leadership Program.
