Bennington man accused of sex assault

LYNDONVILLE, Vt. -

Police say a Bennington man sexually assaulted a woman at Lyndon State College.

Taylor Burke will be arraigned in Caledonia Superior Court next month.

According to the Orleans County Record, the 20-year-old allegedly attacked the 19-year-old woman last year, although police didn't begin investigating the incident until this past March.

Police say Burke knew the alleged victim.
