Waterbury man sentenced for child porn

RUTLAND, Vt. -

A Waterbury man caught with nearly 1,000 child porn videos and photos will spend four years in prison.

Vermont State police arrested Carl Stridsberg, 40, last winter, after finding the video and photo files on computers, CDs and DVDs. According to court records, Stridsberg also engaged in graphic internet chats with an underage girl.

Stridsberg pleaded guilty to a single count of possessing child pornography.
