12 arrested in Milton drug raids

MILTON, Vt. -

Milton police completed a big drug roundup this week, arresting 12 people, including nine suspected dealers.

The arrests wrapped up a 3-4 month investigation that included undercover drug buys.

Police raided seven homes and seized prescription drugs, cocaine and marijuana. Police also seized $17,000 in cash, two brand new vehicles and four classic cars valued at over $100,000.

Those facing charges are:

Rudolph Dumas (Age 18) of Milton: Charged with Felony and Misdemeanor Sale of Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell. Dumas was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on March 1st, 2012.

Dustin Davis (Age 22) of Milton:  Charged with felony Sale of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell. Davis was currently on a deferred sentence with Chittenden County Superior Court for a conviction in 2009 for Sale of Crack Cocaine. He was lodged at the Chittenden County Correctional Center on new the new charges.

Tyler Flynn (Age 26) of Milton/Winooski: Charged with felony Sale of Regulated Drugs. Flynn was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on March 1st, 2012.

Jackie Sawyer (Age 61) of Fairfax: Charged with felony Sale of Regulated Drugs and Possession of a Regulated Drug with Intent to Sell. Sawyer was arraigned on December 19th, 2011.

Mark McLaughlin (Age 42) of Burlington: Charged with felony Sale of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Distribute. McLaughlin was arraigned on October 13th, 2011.

Paul Larocque (Age 53) of Milton: Charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute. Larocque was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on March 1st, 2012.

Donna Larocque (Age 53 of Milton: Charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute. Larocque was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on March 1st, 2012.

Susan Dallier (Age 52) of Milton: Charged with misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana. Dallier was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on March 1st, 2012.

Thomas Dorey Jr (Age 45) of Milton: Charged with misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana. Issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on March 1st, 2012.

Gregory Jutras (Age 46) of Westford: Charged with misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana. Jutras was arraigned on December 5th, 2011.

Jazmine Jarvis (Age 21) of Milton: Charged with felony Sale of Crack Cocaine. Issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on February 14th, 2012.

Philip Barron (Age 23) of South Hero: Charged with felony Sale of Marijuana. Rudolph Dumas (Age 18) of Milton: Charged with Felony and Misdemeanor Sale of Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell. Dumas was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on March 1st, 2012.
