BURLINGTON, Vt. -
A new handbook called the "Legal Rights of Women in Vermont" is out.
The Vermont Commission on Women puts out the publication. It was first published in 1977. This is the 6th edition, and the first time it's been updated since 1998.
Wendy Love, the Executive Director of the Vermont Commission on Women, and Kat O'Neill, who worked on the handbook when she was a student at Vermont Law School, appeared on The :30 to talk about the handbook.
