Vermont's first public opinion polling institute is up and running.
The center at Castleton State College will poll Vermonters about national, local, and state issues.
The institute's first report is already underway and taps Vermonters' opinions on everything from Republican presidential candidates to the Citizens United Ruling, which removes limits on corporate campaign contributions.
