Brattleboro man hospitalized after hang-gliding crash

BRATTLEBORO, Vt. -

A Brattleboro man suffered serious head injuries Sunday in a hang-gliding crash.

It happened just across the border near Route 2 in North Adams, Mass.

Peter Cassidy, 47, was rushed to the hospital. Authorities say the hang glider ended up in some power lines.

There's no word on Cassidy's condition.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
