Vermont State Police are searching for two men who robbed a bank in Bellows Falls Tuesday afternoon.
The two men allegedly entered the People's United Bank on Atkinson Street wearing masks. They did not show any weapons.
The robbers escaped on foot, but witnesses say they may have headed in opposite directions.
Vermont State Police have been searching the area with a canine.
The robbers are both described as between 5'6" and 6' tall and were both wearing gray hooded sweatshirts. One is described as heavyset and balding. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
