The recipe for maple cream cheese prepared by Ruth Goodrich of the Goodrich Maple Farm in Cabot.

Maple cream cheese

Ingredients:

1 block cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated maple sugar

Instructions:

Whip cream cheese
Add sugar
Blend with mixer

Great for bagels, crackers, veggies
