BURLINGTON, Vt. -
Many who have multiple sclerosis discover it suddenly when something goes wrong. Often, they abruptly lose eyesight or have trouble walking as one leg loses coordination. Finding out you have the disease can be devastating as there is no known cure.
Laura Palasciano of Shelburne has MS and she found out two years ago unexpectedly. But, now she is taking on the challenge of doing six Walk MS events-- in each New England state-- over the course of six weeks.
