BURLINGTON, Vt. -
The murder of St. Johnsbury teacher and mother Melissa Jenkins has stunned many in the community.
Police have charged Allen and Patricia Prue of Waterford with second-degree murder, saying they lured Jenkins to their car and strangled her. The arrests have led to many questions.
