A Vermont teen faces charges for an armed robbery at a New Hampshire convenience store Thursday.
Police say David Call, 19, of Windsor, Vt., held up the 12 Percent Solution Convenience Store in Cornish at about 6:30 p.m.
Police say he was armed with a shotgun and fired into the ceiling while the two female clerks were inside. Call was reportedly trying to get their attention because they were not behind the register when he entered the store.
"We've given them some time off. They were supposed to work today, but we aren't going to have them. Let them mellow out a little bit," store owner Mike Hamel said.
The clerks gave police a description of the car leaving the scene. That car was spotted an hour later in Windsor and Call was arrested. He was arraigned Friday on an armed robbery charge.
