BURLINGTON, Vt. -
The loss of plant and animal species due to over-harvesting, habitat destruction and other human-caused environmental changes are a growing concern. A new study led by an international research team shows the loss of those species could rival other damaging changes, such as global warming.
University of Vermont Professor Carol Adair was part of that research team. She appeared on The :30 to explain the findings. Watch the video for more.
