
ST. JOHNSBURY, Vt. (AP) - A New Hampshire man is going to spend a minimum of 60 days in jail after pleading guilty to charges he sold cocaine out of the parking lot of a store in the Vermont town of St. Johnsbury.
Twenty-nine year-old Joseph Beaucage, of Groveton, N.H., pleaded guilty to two felony counts of the sale of cocaine and a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to a police officer.
The Caledonian Record reports Beaucage was one of eight people charged with drug crimes following a sting operation by the Northern Vermont Drug Task Force into the distribution of crack cocaine in Caledonia County.
Beaucage was arrested last July 27.
