A federal jury has found a Connecticut man guilty of drug and weapons charges.
According to court records, 35-year-old Frank Annette conspired with at least six others to distribute crack cocaine, heroin, and other drugs in the Windsor area from the spring of 2007 until January 2009. He was also charged with possession of a firearm. He was arrested last March after a standoff with Connecticut authorities. When sentenced, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
