Ascutney man arrested on drug charges

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

An Ascutney man is being held without bail on his latest drug charge.

Marshall Gagne pleaded not guilty to heroin trafficking and drug possession.  Police raided his home Friday and say they found heroin, cash and drug paraphernalia.  That raid happened just 12 hours after Gagne was convicted of felony cocaine possession and given a two-year-deferred sentence. Gagne also faces heroin, cocaine and marijuana charges in Windsor County.
